In the counselling setting you will be supported to safely speak the truth of your life experiences. While
this may seem an obvious and simple statement the reality is that to open ourselves to a stranger, to
divulge our deepest pains, darkest secrets or brightest hopes can feel anything but safe.
If you have had experiences that others have minimized or ridiculed, as is often the case for psychically
sensitive children and adults, you may feel very reluctant to take a chance again to share with another.
I listen with an open heart and mind to your life experiences. Beginning from a place of 'not knowing',
which means I do not presume to know everything, I encourage you, as the expert of your life,
to gently reveal what is true for you. This honest dialogue will also include challenging you, when you are in
your power, to go beyond the safety of old habits and beliefs about yourself and the world you live in.

Your willingness to speak your truth, to more fully remember who you are, is a courageous step on your
ongoing journey. I will encourage you to acknowledge your own strengths and gifts so that you
can bring them into the healing work we will do together.
My personal belief is that I am sharing in the learning process with each person with whom I work; I expect to learn a great deal from your exploration. I look forward to the opportunity to speak with you about how I might support your life's purpose.
